Privacy
This policy describes the current private Growth OS deployment operated by Runner Concepts LLC.

What we access
With your authorization, Growth OS accesses provider account and profile identifiers, names, handles, account email, granted permissions, and connection status. Content management stores the media, titles, captions, review decisions, destinations, and schedules you supply, plus publication IDs, delivery status, and provider-reported results. YouTube API Services supply authorized channel and video metadata and analytics, including views, watch time, average viewing duration, and subscriber information.
Why we use it
We use this information to identify your exact profiles, manage approved content, deliver explicitly submitted schedules, check connections, and show performance reports in your workspace. Google-authorized data is used for these visible features under the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train AI models.
Where it goes
Authorized operators can view their workspace data. The self-hosted publishing service processes schedules and provider grants. Selected providers receive the content and actions you submit to them. Cloudflare stores delivery copies of media; these copies use public, unlisted URLs so providers can fetch them. Upload only media suitable for that exposure. Optional creation tools receive the content you explicitly send to them, such as script text for ElevenLabs voice generation. OAuth tokens and saved passwords are not sent to those creation tools.
Credentials and storage
Growth OS encrypts the provider grants it stores. The self-hosted scheduler keeps a separate credential store behind private network access. Saved login passwords belong to the separate encrypted Runner Vault; the Growth OS dashboard returns only login names and references. The master password stays with the owner. Workspace records, source media, and reports are stored on the operator's host and in its backups. This deployment is private and requires operator-managed access, updates, and backups.
Cookies and this website
The workspace uses browser storage for selected workspace preferences and cookies for sign-in and OAuth flow protection. This public information website has no advertising, analytics scripts, or third-party fonts. Cloudflare serves it and processes ordinary connection metadata under its own privacy policy.
Retention and your controls
We retain workspace data for the authorized content-management purpose. Provider-derived data must be refreshed or removed within the provider's required retention periods. The current private pilot uses operator-assisted data removal. You can revoke provider access in your provider's account settings and request deletion of Growth OS copies by contacting the operator. Verified deletion requests are processed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting Growth OS copies does not delete posts or data held by a provider. Backups are managed separately; a restored backup must have completed deletion requests reapplied before use.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact brandon@runnerconcepts.com with the workspace and profile you manage. We verify authority through the existing owner relationship. Do not send a password, one-time code, recovery key, or identity document.
